St Nicholas has an ever growing Student Leadership Team. On this page we will keep you up to date with all the work we have been doing.
Student Voice has always been an important part of St. Nicholas Catholic High School with Students taking part in the appointment of Staff.
The Student Leadership Team is made up of Head Prefects, Senior Prefects, Prefects, Sacred Space Ambassadors, Mental Health Ambassadors and Student Ambassadors.
Each year the students join together for a training day, where they learn about their role, consider their objectives for the year ahead, take part in teamwork and leadership activities and end the day in prayer and liturgy preparing them for the year ahead.

| More environmentally friendly | Working with the catering manager to reduce plastic. |
| More rewards | Working with pastoral leaders to introduce reward trips and reward stickers. |
| More representation | We have grown from a Student Council of 20 members to over 200 split into various sub-committees |
