Virtual Work Experience feedback

Lane End Construction – Lauren Banner

The students had completed the work to an incredible amount of detail, and their presentation skills were excellent. The student who was the main speaker was very confident and clear which is great to see.

Education project – Deborah Fearnley

I just wanted to let you know how well the pupils did with their presentations today. They were confident and demonstrated they had taken on board things that I had suggested, as well looking carefully at the project brief.

Keep Moat Homes – Julie Baker

Firstly I would like to say that it has been an absolute pleasure to work with the school and the student on this project and both Ashley and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

The standard of the presentations was fantastic, we wasn’t expecting the student to do as much research and put the amount of effort in to the presentations that they did.  They have really done the school proud!

With regards to the presentations, it was a difficult choice as it was evident they had all put 100% in to their projects, so much so there was very little between them when it came to the scoring.  However there can only be one winner and the winning tender was Evergreens.

Can you congratulate team Evergreen from myself and Ashley and let all the groups know we were blown away by their effort.  I am going to send the presentations over to our MD as I think we have met some of our future work force.

Marketing Cheshire – Sue Malec, The Pledge

We have just had the most amazing session with the two groups giving an excellent presentation.  They had some great ideas and we believe The Mayor and Baron Quay’s marketing managers were suitably impressed.

Please pass on our sentiments to Yr 12 – they did extremely well in their research and came up with some unique ideas – especially given the short time-frame.

Stobart Energy – Emma Dalzell, The Pledge

Stobart were very impressed with some of the ideas – as they hadn’t thought of them.  This reflects what we have always said, that young people come up with extraordinary and novel ideas.

Jaqcui Broomhall – Mid Cheshire Hospital Foundation Trust

The projects we did with the students we normally do over the week, however we had two days yet the quality of the presentations and the research that had been completed was the best I have seen whilst doing this project with schools. Each saw it from a different perspective and it was excellent work to have presented. The students should be very proud of what they have produced. Well done to all of them.

 Paul Russell – Stobart Energy

Excellent ideas, well presented under difficult circumstances.
